Payment


All major credit cards and PayPal payments are accepted though PayPal. Other forms of payment are also available within the U.S. by request.

If an item listing does not have a ADD TO SHOPPING CART button contact us and an invoice will be sent for payment.

Shipping will be added to the purchase price with the ADD TO SHOPPING CART button or on the requested invoice.

Most items ship from Montana, U.S. - Somee specialty items ship from our EU location.

The post goes by weight which also includes the weight of the packaging materials.

If you are interested in more than one item contact us for the combined total packaged weight.

Please note that shipping insurance is only available on priority 1st class air mail. Most items will be posted standard post unless requested.

Returns

If there are any problems contact us as soon as possible. Any replacement or refund would be the decision of VCG. In the case of a return the purchase price would be returned when the item is returned and received. Shipping costs would not be returned unless a mistake was made.

Damaged Item

All items are shipped well packaged. If a package is received with noticeable damage to the outside carton on signature let the delivery person know. If there is damage to an item, request and fill out the proper paper work and contact us. Damages paid are the responsiblilities of the postal services involved.

Insured Lost Item

If an item is not received within one or two weeks of the postal service estimated shipping time please contact us and we can start an investigation. If the item was shipped priority 1st class air mail with insurance, the full purchase price will be returned after the postal service has made a completed investigation and informed us by mail of there decision. The investigation will be started by the post and can take 2 to 8 weeks to complete. At this time the postal service will inform us whether the item was lost or possibly received by a neighbor (please ask your neighbors if they had received a package for you and forgot about it) If the postal investigation finds that the item was never received and is lost a full refund will be made. Standard uninsured post would not be entitled to a refund.
